Please do the following before calling...
- Make sure you are in front of your computer.
- Make a note of any error messages you are receiving (be very specific).
- Please, do NOT use a speakerphone, we will have you swith to a handset before proceeding.
- Disable call waiting before dialing.
- Please do not put us on hold, we need to get through your call as quickly as possible so others do not have to wait.
- Which program you use to browse the internet and/or read your e-mail. (Check the Help menu in the program for this information) and which operating system you use (Windows 98SE/ME/2000/XP, MAC(include the OS version), Linux(include the Distro)).
